Core HR Foundation

The Meta4 packaged solution Core HR Foundation takes care of the main HR processes at the heart of people management within a workforce both at the global and local levels.

It includes the Meta4 Personnel Administration, Organization Management and Recruitment & Selection modules under a common framework with a single system of record for propagating common person, organization and competency management functionalities across all global and local HR tasks and functions.

With that also come Employee and Manager Self-Service portals (ESS and MSS) which facilitate relationships between employees, managers and HR.
