Marc is Vice President of R&D Worldwide since January 2004. He is responsible for a group of 200+ developers based in Europe and the Americas, primarily focused on driving evolution of Meta4's flagship product and researching the latest in technology and people management trends. During his tenure, Marc has been a key driver of Meta4's participation in a number of significant European Innovation Projects amongst them LIP, SWAP, ASP-Net and ONTOLOGGING. He joined Meta4 in 1997 as R&D and Services Director in France and then became Director of Worldwide Product Strategy and Management.

Before joining Meta4, he was Technical Director for HR Access at IBM Global Services group in France. Marc is an electrical engineer from the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité Paris, France.

Carlos Diaz joined Meta4 in 2000. Prior to joining Meta4, Carlos held various sales positions at several relevant technology companies including Hewlett-Packard. Currently Carlos is the Vice President of Pan-America and Global Accounts Officer. Under Carlos´ lead in Latin America, Meta4 achieved a 42% share of the market by 2005. Carlos is now also leading the introduction of the company in the United Sates and Canada, where he has built key relationships and a deep understanding of the market requirements. Carlos has consistently identified and responded to critical success factors for Meta4, while establishing a footprint in the North American market.

Carlos has advised diverse academic institutions and political parties on the development of HR and Technology related executive programs and delivered lectures on future trends in HR along the continent. He is also a member of the Editorial Committee of IHRIM.link (International Association for Human Resource Information Management).

Carlos has a degree in Physics, a postgraduate in New Communication Technologies and an Executive MBA.

Maria José is Director of HR Worldwide since January 2000. She joined Meta4 in 1994 and during her tenure has held several positions in the HR Department. She has also worked closely with R&D in developing the strategic HR areas of Meta4's flagship product and was instrumental in elaborating the company's first People & Knowledge concept, today recognized by the market as a unique solution.

María José has her degree in Organizational Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain.

Carlos has rencetly been appointed Finance Director. He joined Meta4 in 1994 and he has played a key role on the development of the company. Initially, holding the Controller position he took an active role on the extraordinary growth of the company including Meta4 launching on Nasdaq Europe stock market. On a second stage as Planning and Control Director, he contributed to Meta4´s transformation from a growth business model to a profitability one.

Carlos has a degree on Economy and Business by Complutense University (Madrid).
