Company President and major shareholder; Emile is responsible for all Meta4 operations worldwide. Emile joined the industry in 1975 as the Hardware Development Director of French Gepsi S.A., and progressively acquired all of the company's shares. During his career Emile has founded several other European software companies mainly focused on the ERP industry before acquiring Meta4 in October 2003. Since then, the company has enjoyed a period of sustained growth, success and profitability.
Marc is Vice President of R&D Worldwide since January 2004. He is responsible for a group of 200 developers based in Europe and the Americas, primarily focused on driving evolution of Meta4's flagship product and researching the latest in technology and people management trends. During his tenure, Marc has been a key driver of Meta4's participation in a number of significant European Innovation Projects amongst them LIP, SWAP, ASP-Net and ONTOLOGGING. He joined Meta4 in 1997 as R&D and Services Director in France and then became Director of Worldwide Product Strategy and Management.
Before joining Meta4, he was Technical Director for HR Access at IBM Global Services group in France. Marc is an electrical engineer from the Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité Paris, France.
Carlos is the Managing Director for Spain & Portugal since 2008.
He joined Meta4 in 1994 and he has played a key role in the development of the company. At the beginning, he held the Controller position and was actively involved in the extraordinary growth of the company. In a second stage, as Planning and Control Director, he led Meta4´s business model change from a growth model to a profitability one, placing Meta4 as a leader company in HR software development. His last stage, before assuming the top responsibility for Spain & Portugal, was managing the Financial Department globally.
Carlos has a degree in Economy and Business by Universidad Complutense (Madrid).
Santiago was appointed Corporate Business Development Director in 2006. His primary focus is to develop the Meta4 Business outside its traditional boundaries within Europe and extend the Meta4 geographies.
He joined the company in 1997 and has held until 2006 different executive positions in R&D. Prior to Meta4, Santiago was Product and Development Director at Sage.
He is an engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines of Douai, France and took an Msc in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.
Pedro has been appointed as Managing Director for Latin America. He joined Meta4 in 1995 and, since then, he has been involved in almost every area of the company from R&D, to Customer Services and the Commercial department, where he was Key Account Manager at Meta4 Spain. While carrying out his last functions, as South America Director, Pedro played a significant role in the transformation of the organization to a profitability model and launched the outsourcing business model for the region.
Before joining Meta4, Pedro worked in Accenture Group. Pedro has a degree on Computer Science by Universidad Politécnica (Madrid)
